    An exciting opportunity for an individual to join our growing team as a Senior Agents Assistant assisting our Senior Team and their clients.

    Knowledge of the talent management industry is essential. A strong passion for talent, career and brand development is essential.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Acting as the first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for your seniors attention.

    • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments.

    • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.

    • Organising events and meetings.

    • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.

    • Managing databases and filing systems.

    • Managing and dealing with client submissions/enquiries.

    • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.

    • Liaising with team, contacts and clients.

    • Collating and filing expenses.

    • Miscellaneous tasks to support the team in business and personal life which will vary according to the situation or task.
